A lovelorn Romeo has turned to eBay to find a girl to go on holiday with him after being dumped by his partner.
IT technician Jake Dodridge had booked a romantic £650 trip with his long- term girllfriend, but just weeks before they were due to depart she left him, claiming they no longer worked as a couple.
He went back to lastminute.co.uk to ask for a refund, but they refused.
Jake, from Newbury, Berks, has now taken to the internet to to find a Girl Friday to come with him. He said: “This isn’t something I would normally do, but when life gives you lemons you have to make lemonade.
